Patrick Huston

Patrick is a depth-oriented psychotherapist working virtually with adults in Washington State. He believes therapy can help people deepen their relationship with themselves and with others, to feel more alive, to better manage stress and to be more self-reflective.

Patrick brings a kind, grounded, and curious presence to his work with clients, helping to cultivate insightful, constructive therapy that empowers them with deeper understanding, greater courage, and more hope. He works well with people navigating family conflict and codependency, struggling with the impacts of trauma, ongoing stress, or depression, or wrestling with their sense of identity.

Patrick trained at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology and completed a 10-month residency at Shelterwood Collective, providing trauma-informed, relational therapy to a diverse community through the Sustainable Therapy Program. Patrick is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington. As part of his ongoing clinical training, Patrick participates in weekly supervision, peer-consultation groups, and continuing education to deepen his work with clients.

Patrick is working under the supervision of Angela M. Mullins, LMHC and Approved Clinical Supervisor, License LH60848153. Angela can be reached at angela@waypointtherapy.com
